After years of dealing with large insurance companies where it feels nearly impossible to speak with an actual person, we honestly couldn’t believe this kind of customer service still existed. Having a knowledgeable, professional human being who actually listened, answered our questions, and took the time to understand our family’s needs was incredibly refreshing.

She was professional, courteous, kind, patient, and unbelievably thorough. She helped us secure an outstanding rate on our auto insurance, assisted us with life insurance coverage for all three members of our family, and even helped us explore coverage for our jewelry. She never made us feel rushed or pressured and took the time to explain everything clearly.

What impressed us most was her dedication. She continued working with us beyond her normal business hours to make sure every question was answered and that our policies were completed correctly. That level of personal attention and commitment is extremely rare today.

The savings were incredible as well. We happily canceled our GEICO policy today after discovering we had been paying nearly twice as much for our auto insurance. We are now paying substantially less while also adding life insurance protection for all three members of our family.

Saving money is wonderful, but the customer service is what truly earned this five-star review. It felt like working with someone who genuinely cared about our family rather than simply processing another policy.

"Awesome experience. I was referred to Dani. She was busy, so the very nice and professional woman took all of my information needed to get started and said she would have Dani call me back.

"Switched to State Farm for our car insurance today, switched for 2 reasons. First, their rates are much more affordable. And the 2nd reason was for their thorough customer service, namely the representative we spoke with which was Dani Orozco:) She stayed on top of calling us for weeks after we initially shopped around for competitive rates and then were about to forget switching (tied up with life stuff/etc.) But thanks to another call from Dani Orozco (who was staying on top of following up with us per our request) and finally having time on our end to sit down for a few minutes to discuss particulars, we learned that we were able to reduce our car insurance monthly payment by 50% !!! (and we almost blew it because of our rushing around with life stuff/work/etc. and not just sitting in on a 10m call with the representative :)
